These terms govern your use of TradeDeck (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them.
License
Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the TradeDeck desktop and companion apps. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse- engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid features require an active subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
TradeDeck automates mouse and keyboard input on your own computer. You are responsible for the macros you create and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party software you automate and with applicable law.
No financial advice; not a broker
TradeDeck is a general-purpose automation tool. It is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor, is not affiliated with any, and does not provide trading, investment, or financial advice. Any use for trading is entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for every action your macros perform — including orders placed in any trading platform.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
